Irrfan Khan’s Hindi Medium Sequel: Kareena Kapoor Khan On Board As A Cop?

Kapoor’s kitty is full!. After making her comeback with Veere Di Wedding,
Kareena Kapoor is currently shooting for Karan Johar’s forthcoming film, Good
News, co-starring Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh. And now,
leading tabloid Mid-day has reported that she has also signed Irrfan Khan's
Hindi Medium 2, which also has a working title as English Medium.
Interestingly, after playing girl-next-door characters in different films, the latest reports suggest that Kareena will essay the role of a cop, for the first time, in the sequel of Irrfan Khan’s Hindi Medium.
A source close to the actor has told Mid-day, "While the film kicks off in April, Kareena will join the unit only by May-end during the London schedule. She will be seen as a cop in the satire. While she loved the script, Kareena was just as excited to play a police officer for the first time in her 19-year-long career. She intends to wrap up the sequel by November, in time to begin shooting for Karan Johar's period drama Takht."
Apart from Good News and Hindi Medium 2, Kareena Kapoor Khan will also be seen in Karan Johar periodic drama Takht co-starring Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Alia Bhatt.

Irrfan Khan is back in India. The actor, who was diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine
Tumour in March, last year, was in London for the treatment of the deadly C. A
few days back, the actor was spotted outside the Maddock Films office. So, are
